Did you tear or rupture your bicep tendon that is fixed to your forearm? Well, I did! I didn’t do it lifting weights or anything strenuous like one would think. No… mine was a freak accident by pulling my dog outside by it’s collar. Felt two pops in my arm an fell to the floor in pain. As I hit the floor writhing in pain I realized that I probably tore the tendon. I didn’t know what it was called until researching it on the internet and talking about it with my Doc.
